At Brandivoo, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services tailored to each client's requirements. Because many of our services involve customized work, dedicated resources, design time, development, and other work performed specifically for the client, payments made for our services are generally *non-refundable*.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

Once a payment has been submitted and work has commenced, the payment is considered *non-refundable*. This includes,:

  • Website design and development
  • Logo and graphic design
  • Branding services
  • Social media services
  • Digital marketing services
  • Hosting, domain, maintenance, and setup fees
  • Custom development or other personalized services
  • Deposits, initial payments, and installment payments

Payments are used to allocate team members, resources, production time, software, and other costs associated with fulfilling the client's order.

2. Deposits and Partial Payments

Any deposit or partial payment made toward a project is non-refundable once the project has been scheduled, resources have been allocated, or work has begun.

Payment of a deposit confirms the client's intention to proceed with the project and authorizes Brandivoo to begin the agreed-upon work.

3. Client Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request changes to their project in accordance with the agreed scope of work. However, requesting changes, delaying feedback, changing requirements, or deciding not to proceed does not automatically qualify the client for a refund.

If a client voluntarily cancels a project after work has started, payments already made will remain non-refundable.

4. Delays Caused by the Client

Project timelines may be affected if the client does not provide required information, content, approvals, credentials, or feedback in a timely manner.

Such delays do not create an entitlement to a refund.

5. Revisions and Corrections

Where revisions are included in the purchased service, we will make reasonable revisions according to the agreed scope of work.

Revisions are intended to improve the project and do not constitute grounds for a refund simply because the client changes their preferences or requests additional work outside the original scope.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

6. Third-Party Costs

Payments made toward third-party services, including but not limited to domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions, plugins, licenses, advertising platforms, payment processors, and other external services, may also be non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and refund policies.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Brandivoo may, at its sole discretion, review a refund request. Any exception does not establish an obligation to provide refunds in similar circumstances.

Where applicable law provides consumers with mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights will not be excluded or limited by this policy.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, clients are encouraged to contact us directly so that we can review the concern and attempt to resolve it.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with the relevant payment provider using project records, communications, invoices, approvals, and other supporting documentation.

9. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing our services or submitting a payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to this Non-Refundable Payment Policy and understand that payments may become non-refundable once work, preparation, or service delivery has commenced.

For questions regarding this policy, please contact us at Brandivoodesigns@gmail.com.
